Super 8 Motel- Escondido, CA (San Diego Vicinity)

Staying here at this Super 8 would make a great home base for exploring the San Diego Wild Animal Park and visiting some of the many Indian gaming casinos that are surrounding the Escondido area. One of my favorites is Harrah's Rincon.

San Diego is maybe a 30 minute freeeway drive southbound along the nearby I-15. About 30 minutes northbound on the same interstate takes you to beautiful Temecula, CA with great antique shopping in Old Town, a visit to the wineries, and yes, more casinos such as Pechanga!
