I tried this a week ago and they told me the rooms weren't an "exact match". :(
That seems totally strange to me!
Perhaps you booked a room that really didn't match (handicap?)... because on expedia and hotels.com it clearly states: 2 Doubles and 1 King, smoking, and non smoking and the room types offered on the WR site are clearly stated as well.
