Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Our information is now updated as what was loaded previously was generic information. Although this may not have been your intention, you did help us to save money! Thanks again!

Thank you for your message, Niki.

No problem at all, we're actually very happy to have helped out. We understand that your hotel does need to maximize revenue, so I commend you for fixing your rate inequality so quickly. Many hotels don't care (they've been available for free night stays for the past few YEARS, every day, never changing their lower competitor rates). We're honored that hotels are actually recognizing this blog and that we're getting a bit of media attention - it shows that we're successful at what we do.

We definitely don't wish you any direct loss of revenue, but we understand how our members taking advantage of a BRG deal can and does lead to that. It's fortunate for us when we do save money, but we understand that its unfortunate for your hotel. We are glad, at least, that you were able to minimize the impact of this BRG by correcting it so quickly. In a way, we both win.

We also hope that those your hotel will cheerfully hand over the keys and be happy to honor their end of the Best Rate Guarantee for those who were able to procure free night stays at your property.

Respectfully yours,

Manager @ The BRG Blog
