I spotted this one earlier today, and it looks like a decent location - right next to the Tampa Performing Arts Center, and right on a downtown transit route. It's around 12 blocks north of the Tampa Convention Center and the St. Pete Times Forum. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within a 2 mile radius - not bad. This one is easily visible on Kayak.
