The BRG staff insist that the "Sunset Inn" and the "Knights Inn" are two separate properties, even though they have the same address. And, frankly, since Orbitz lists both the SI and the KI, maybe they are right (though I doubt it). Claims denied multiple times. Not worth arguing about.
Very strange - I'd call the property and ask what they currently are, and what the "Sunset Inn" is all about - if its a seperate hotel sharing the same building, or if its the old name of the property. If you get an answer for the latter, then contact Todd Tucker and it is almost guaranteed that you'll get your free room.
