Got a two double-bed room reserved and approved. There were many dates available when I checked yesterday due to the Tuesday sales on Orbitz site.
Denied, because they couldn't find the room rate?
And told nope to the screen shots.
So, now I guess were just at the mercy of the BRG staff?
At their mercy, or as they like to call it "independent verification" ;)
Combined with the Hotel.com weekly Weds. specials (12/10), got a single queen room for this Friday (12/12). BRG response took less than two hours. Big thumbs up.
Post 12/12 stay:
Tucked in among the strip malls and fast food shops, it seemed both clean and well maintained. Nice amenities (big flatscreen, fridge, micro) for a budget motel. No trouble at all with a BGR $0 reservation at the desk...although they did substitute a 2 Queen room for a 1... :-D
