Good try but price diff has to be over a dollar
That's not true at all, I'm not sure who told you that little piece of incorrect information.
Here's a quote from the Terms and Conditions that should help you:
"Due to rounding and other issues, rates within $.25 of our Best Available Rate will be considered a match and will not qualify for Best Rate Guarantee claims."
has anyone noticed extra delays in approving claims? i submitted 2 yesterday, and it's been over 24 hours with no response. a claim submitted last week also took about 9 business hours. are they understaffed, or are we overwhelming them??
There is really no rhyme or reason to claim form response times. I've had three claims sent in at the same time, one responded to within 4 hours, the other in 6, and the other in 2 days (the one I submitted in between the others). I've also found that it depends on who you are - my claims are generally answered the same day, while friends' claims are answered within three days. It's really the luck of the draw.

The claim times depend on how easy the rate is bookable by the department that is investigating. They do their own research. Screen shots do not guar a free night? The rate has to be bookable I think. This BRG program will be out the door very very soon as all the Wyndham hotel conventions are starting soon.... look for hotels to start recovering their money with increases in prices with is going to hit our pockets...
