Right now, each one of the 53 hotels throughout the U.S. owned by Sage Hospitality are offering a 50% discount off their published room rates (and in some cities, even a free night stay) to anyone who volunteers at least 8 hours of community service to select charities. Your 8 hours of service must be to a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization to qualify. Examples of this type of organization might include "Meals on Wheels", "Habitat for Humanity", animal shelter, etc. - these are just a few among many.

Be aware that your hotel room must be reserved at least 48 hours before arrival and you are still responsible for room taxes. There may be a few blackout dates that apply as well.
