Priority Club Renegs on T&C's of Partner Bonus Offer

The results of the Priority Club Multi-Partner Offer that we posted back in late August are in. Those who participated should now see bonus points posted into your accounts - but much less than they originally claimed.

The details were as follows:

• Earn 1,000 points for the 1st unique activity
• Earn 2,000 points for the 2nd unique activity
• Earn 3,000 points for the 3rd unique activity
• Earn 4,000 points for the 4th unique activity

For a total of 10,000 points for 4 unique activities.

Well, today, only 3000 points posted for my 3 unique activities - not 6000 points as I was expecting based on the terms and conditions.

The entire venture yielded a total of 4000 points for me (3000 plus the 1000 I had to purchase) - almost enough for a free Pointbreaks room like the excellent Intercontinental Lusaka that I reviewed last week. Still worth my meager $15 investment, but not exactly what I was expecting. I was robbed of 3000 points due to some higher up's (mis)interpretation of their own terms and conditions.

I did got my 10k by completing: point.com swap, RewardsNetwork dining, shopping (restaurant.com), car rental (hertz), and buying 1000 point.

Can you explain how these higher ups interpreted the offer? On my account, i got 10K and on my wife's account, we only got 3K...

I assume you contacted them and put up a fight, right?

I have not contacted them as of yet, but I intend to (especially now that I know others received treatment other than what I received).

Any others report the full bonus?
