One Expedia consultant said Easy Click Travel is a wholesale website and denied my BRG claim. However I was able to find Travelocity lower (by a dollar). So I called again and they gave me the BRG. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this.
You should've hung up on him/her and called back! They know very well Easyclicktravel is valid and always has been.
