It looks like he expedia coupons arent working for people anymore. I heard reports of people just getting error messages and not being able to redeem coupons so I went on my account and they arent working either. Anyone have any info?
redeeming a coupon can be always be done by calling in and having the Expedia agent apply it to your new booking.
hmm still doesnt seem to be working. apparently its a system glitch. please let me know if you find out any info
For my last BRG I had to call in to have it applied!
When asked about it, Expedia has said that they're very much aware of this problem and are working on a "fix". Beyond that, there isn't much more to report. Not to worry, the coupons work, it's just that when you get an error message you need to call Expedia so that they can make the booking for you. Hopefully, things will get back to normal soon!
